Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar Properties has invited contenders to bid for the construction contract of Beach Vista project, according to MEED magazine.
Earlier in September, the Dubai-listed developer announced the beginning of the construction of Beach Vista residences in Emaar Beachfront.
Beach Vista homes are set in a twin-tower development of 33 and 26 storeys.
MEED also reported that Emaar has put out the construction contract of its Sunrise Bay project for tender
The 26-storey twin towers, Sunrise Bay, comprise various apartments, the size of which ranges between 75 and 253 square metres.
