Dubai – Mubasher: The UAE-based Emaar Properties has announced beginning the construction of its Beach Vista residences in Emaar Beachfront, the private island destination in the Arabian Gulf.
Vista Marina is considered the second residential project launched by the Dubai-based real estate developer in a week.
Beach Vista homes are set in a twin-tower development of 33 storeys and 26 storeys, Emaar Properties, the developer behind the world’s tallest tower, the 160-storey Burj Khalifa, noted.
The homes feature glass facades and bask in natural sunlight, and feature large balconies overlooking the sea, it stated.
“Emaar Beachfront’s first residential launch, Beach Vista has been an overwhelming success recording strong investor response from the UAE and international markets. We are now commencing the construction of Beach Vista residences highlighting our commitment to on-schedule delivery,” said managing director of Emaar Properties Ahmad Al Matrooshi.
Emaar Properties last reported an 18% profit increase in net profits to reach AED 3.344 billion in the first half of 2018, while profits amounted to AED 1.679 billion during Q2-18.
