Emaar Malls' Chairman resigns

Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar Malls has announced the resignation of Mohamed Al Hussaini from his position as Chairman and member of the board.

With immediate effect, Al Hussaini has resigned as the company's chairman due to personal reasons, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.

It is noteworthy to mention that during the first half (H1) of 2021, Emaar Malls' net profits jumped by 80% to AED 622 million, compared to AED 345 million in the year-ago period.
