Cairo – Mubasher: El Nasr for Manufacturing Agricultural Crops sold a land plot in the Upper Egyptian city of Maghagha, Mina governorate, for EGP 19.1 million.
The buyer paid EGP 8 million of the total amount, while the remaining EGP 11.1 million will be paid across seven installments.
The company is capitalised at EGP 78.6 million, distributed across 7.86 million shares at EGP 10 par value each.
