Cairo- Mubasher:The shareholders meeting of El Kahera El Watania Investment Co. gave a nod to seal contract of exchange with Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank(ADIB).
Under the agreements, El Kahera El Watania will sell 2.46 million shares in ADI Lease for Financial Lease Co at fair value of EGP 5.97, in addition to 15,360 shares in Cairo National Co. for Brokerage and Securities at fair value of EGP 30.76.
El Kahera El Watania suffered EGP 3.5 million in losses for the fiscal period ended June 2015, against net profits of EGP 1.6 million for the previous year.
