Cairo – Mubasher: Egyptians for Housing and Development Co has sold its entire stake of 21.28% in Odin Investments for EGP 74.81 million.
The transaction involved the sale of 22.135 million shares at a value of EGP 3.38 apiece, according to a bourse disclosure on Thursday.
In a separate statement, it is disclosed that Odin Capital Group for Financial Investments raised its stake in Odin Investments to 47.77% from 26.48%, after purchasing 23.135 million shares for EGP 74.81 million.
