Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian economy grew 5.6% during the fiscal year 2018-2019, prime minister Mostafa Madbouly said.
During the last quarter of FY18/19, Egypt achieved a 5.7% growth, Madbouly added.
The prime minister revealed that the performance of the Egyptian economy during the last FY was the highest in over 10 years.
The growth structure has become better, as the public and private investments contributed 45% to the country’s growth, he noted.
