Cairo – Mubasher: Egyptian Resorts Co announced the resignation of its chairman and managing director from his position.
The resigned chairman will continue to fulfill his duties until the appointment of a new chairman and managing director, the company said in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Thursday.
According to the company’s website, Hussein Abo Saeda is the company’s executive chairman.
During the first quarter of 2020, the company logged EGP 27.36 million in net profits, against net losses of EGP 5.52 million in the year-ago period.
