Cairo – Mubasher: The extraordinary general meeting of Egyptian Modern Education approved raising its issued capital from EGP 8.89 million to EGP 16 million through distributing bonus shares.
Earlier, the company said the value of the bonus shares distribution would amount to EGP 7.11 million at 8 to 10 and to be financed from the earning of the fiscal year 2015/2016 as well as the deferred dividedness.
On other hand, the board approved expanding the company’s investments in addition to buying new asset for 29 million.
