Cairo – Mubasher: The financial indicators of Egyptian Media Production City Co showed a 91.12% year-on-year surge in net profit for the first half of 2018.
The company generated EGP 52.66 million in profits for the six-month period ended June, versus EGP 27.55 million in the prior-year period, according to a filing to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Sunday.
Revenues rose by 1.38% to EGP 194.7 million at the end of June, compared to EGP192.09 million in H1-17.
Egyptian Media Production previously posted a net profit of EGP 23.2 million for the three-month period ended March, versus EGP 14.7 million in the year-ago period.
