Egyptian Exchange maintains varied performance through Wednesday

Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) sustained mixed performance for the second consecutive session on Wednesday, with the main index, EGX30, slipping 0.13% to 29,292.05 points.

However, the EGX70 EWI and EGX100 EWI indices ended in the green today, rising 1.15% at 7,744.98 points and by 0.85% at 10,721.20 points, respectively.

The trading value stood at EGP 5.45 billion through the exchange of 1.45 billion shares, while the market cap value hit EGP 2.08 trillion.

As for trading on securities, the non-Arab foreign investors were net sellers with EGP 60.92 million. Meanwhile, the Egyptians and Arab traders were net buyers with EGP 55.24 million and EGP 5.67 million, respectively.
