Egyptian Commodities Exchange’ new managing firm to benefit 5 companies

Cairo – Mubasher: A group of companies are expected to benefit from the Egyptian government decision to establish a new company to manage the Egyptian Commodities Exchange, MubasherTrade Research said.

The mentioned companies include Alexandria Container and Cargo Handling, Canal Shipping Agencies, General Company for Silos and Storage, Orascom Investment Holding, and Egyptian Transport and Commercial Services, the research unit added.

Next week, the Ministry of Supply & Internal Trading is set to initiate procedures required for the establishment of a company to manage the commodities exchange with a capital of EGP 100 million.
