Cairo - Mubasher: Trade exchange between Egypt and the United Kingdom rose by 7% last year, according to the minister of trade and industry Amr Nassar.
The minister said that bilateral trade between the two countries reached $2.49 billion in 2017, compared with $2.32 billion in 2016.
British investments in Egypt currently stands at $5.4 billion, across various sectors, mainly oil and gas, fertilizers, financial agriculture, and cement.
