Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi has issued a presidential decree No. 2017 of 2017 approving EUR 30 million soft loan agreement between the Egyptian government and the French Development Agency (AFD) to support the healthcare sector.
This agreement was signed on 27 March in Cairo, in which the AFD would provide the loan facility to Cairo, according to the official gazette on Thursday.
