Egypt’s Marseilia Group to ink contracts with 15 real estate agents in Gulf states

Egypt's property developer Marseilia Group is planning to sign contracts with 15 real estate agents in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Bahrain, Oman, and Kuwait, said chairman Yasser Ragab on Wednesday.

This comes as part of the company’s scheme in order to market Egypt’s real estate properties outside the country within 2030, Ragab further referred.

In addition, the Egyptian official added that Marseilia Group seeks to increase its business volume, through implementing a number of new projects within a timeframe ranging between three and five years.

These project will be located in Alexandria, second largest city in Egypt, and Cairo governorates as well as North Coast and Ain Sokhna resorts, Ragab said.

“Marseilia Group also hopes to provide direct and indirect job opportunities in the project’s different phases,” he concluded.
