Egypt’s Arkan Developers plans to execute new projects as part of the country’s Ebneha Initiative (Build it) within 2019, its chairman Emad Eissa said on Wednesday.
The new projects are with total investments worth around 400 million Egyptian pounds ($22.3 million), Eissa told Amwal Al Ghad.
The initiative aims to battle the high increase in real estates costs by some investors and contractors and to build a bunch of affordably priced housing units at half cost for citizens, he earlier said.
