Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt’s Prime Minister, Mostafa Madbouly, witnessed the signing of a cooperation agreement between the Ministry of Electricity, Ministry of Petroleum, and the Egyptian Navy with Belgium’s DEME Group.
The agreement includes the launch of studies for the development of a green hydrogen production project in Egypt, according to a statement on Thursday.
This partnership is in line with the government’s strategy to expand in green energy and raise the contribution of renewables to the energy mix.
