Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Ministry of Housing has completed about 80% of 564 residential units (25 buildings) in the luxury coastal housing project in New Rashid City.
The immediate phase of the city spans over 268 feddans with estimated investments of EGP 778 million to date, Minister of Housing Assem El-Gazar said in a statement on Thursday.
Work is underway for implementing Bashayer El-Kheir 4 initiative with a total of 33 buildings by the Armed Forces Engineering Authority in collaboration with the Ministry of Housing.
New Rashid City, which has a 10-kilometre coastal line, is witnessing the construction of several types of housing units such as social, tourism, and average-income housing units as well as service and developmental projects which will create investment and job opportunities for residents of Beheira Governorates.
