Cairo - Mubasher: The Egyptian minister of transportation Khaled Fouda has officially opened Taba's land port after it was redeveloped over an area of 27,000 square meters, with a total cost of EGP 49 million.
Redevelopment works included the port's infrastrucutre, admistratvie buildings, and fire systems.
The port will be the eastern gateway to Egypt's top touristic spots, such as Sharm El Sheikh, Dahab, and Nuweiba.
