Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian General Authority for Supply Commodities (GASC) has purchased 405,000 tonnes of Russian wheat in an international tender.
This move is part of the Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade’s strategy to ensure a strategic reserve of key commodities, according to a statement late on Tuesday.
The shipment will take place between 21 and 30 November.
