Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Egypt Gas has approved a cash dividend distribution of EGP 1.5 per share for 2021.
The shareholders have also agreed on increasing the company's issued capital to an amount not exceeding EGP 1 billion from EGP 480 million, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
It is noteworthy to mention that in 2021, the company's net profits after tax surged by around 96% year-on-year (YoY) to EGP 165.82 million, compared to EGP 84.66 million.
