Egypt: Khalda Field Working System Back to Normal

The Chairman of Khalda petroleum company, Samir Abady, visited Khalda field where working system was back to normal after the end of the 14-day monitoring period that was imposed on the field workers following the discovery of a positive coronavirus case.

Abady hold a meeting to thank and honor the employees who were cooperative and committed to the production rates as well as the medical team of the Health Ministry who exerted great efforts during the 14 days in the quarantine center, Petroleum Future reported.

It’s worth noting that the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources announced at the beginning of March 2020 that a foreign expert working at the Khalda filed tested positive for coronavirus and they sent him and all the employees to the quarantine center for a period of 14 days.
