Riyadh – Mubasher: Edarat Communication and Information Technology Company has received a purchase order valued at SAR 19.84 million from Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS).
The contract, awarded on 29 July 2026, covers the provision of co-hosting configuration services by Edarat to the counterparty.
The total value of the purchase order includes value-added tax and represents a one-time fee for the specified services. Both parties identified MIS as a related party in this transaction.
The company expects the financial impact of this order to be reflected in its financial results for the full fiscal year 2026.
Edarat confirmed that the services involve technical setup for shared hosting environments to support the operations of MIS.
In July, Edarat finalized fractional share sale process and the subsequent distribution of proceeds to eligible shareholders.
