Riyadh – Mubasher: Edarat Communication and Information Technology Company logged net profits valued at SAR 19.79 million in the first half (H1) of 2026, an annual jump of 29.80% from SAR 15.24 million.
The company achieved a net profit margin of 21.60% during the half-year, according to the financial results.
Revenues rose by 21.94% to reach SAR 91.64 million, compared to SAR 75.15 million a year earlier. This expansion was supported by a 27% increase in data center engineering services, which contributed SAR 56 million, and a 15% hike in cloud services revenue to SAR 35.60 million.
Gross profit improved to SAR 33.80 million from SAR 27.90 million in the previous period, aided by operational efficiency and cost rationalization.
Earnings per share (EPS) for the period rose to SAR 2.62 from SAR 2.02. The company noted that on 14 June 2026, the General Assembly approved a capital increase from SAR 50.40 million to SAR 75.60 million through a bonus share issue, and earnings per share figures were adjusted accordingly.
Total shareholders' equity stood at SAR 115.17 million as of 30 June 2026, up 50.98% from SAR 76.28 million in the prior year.
