Riyadh — Mubasher: The Securities Depository Centre Company (Edaa) announced on Thursday that it will implement issuer procedures to increase the total value of several Saudi riyal-denominated government sukuk issuances.
The adjustments, effective as of 17 September 2026, apply to six specific tranches of sovereign debt.
The affected securities include sukuk issued on 10 January 2019; 8 August 2023; 10 August 2023; 12 April 2024; 15 January 2024; and 15 January 2026.
This action follows the official update to the total value of these instruments within the depository system.
Edaa, which is responsible for registering and settling securities traded on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), confirmed that the corporate actions for these government-backed instruments have been completed in accordance with the established regulatory framework for the local debt market.
