Riyadh – Mubasher: The Securities Depository Center Company, commonly known as Edaa has officially announced the successful implementation of a securities quantity decrease for Seera Group Holding, according to a bourse filing.
The adjustment was executed across the accounts of all eligible securities holders on 4 June 2026, marking the technical completion of the company’s corporate action within the Saudi capital market infrastructure.
The announcement issued by Edaa confirms that the reduction in the number of shares held by investors has been fully processed within the depository system.
