Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Eastern Province Cement Company announced a cash dividend distribution worth SAR 86 million for the first half (H1) of 2022.
The Saudi firm will disburse SAR 1 per share, representing 10% of the share’s nominal value, for 86 million eligible shares, according to a bourse statement.
The eligibility and distribution dates for the H1-22 dividends will be on 14 and 30 August, respectively.
During the first quarter (Q1) of 2022, the company achieved net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 29 million, down 51.66% from SAR 60 million in the year-ago period.
Meanwhile, the revenues amounted to SAR 161 million in the first three months (3M) of 2022, an annual plunge of 25.80% from SAR 217 million.
