Riyadh – Mubasher: East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry and Saudi Aramco inked a major contract valued at more than SAR 771 million, including value-added tax.
The agreement covers the manufacturing and supply of steel pipes for the national oil company. It has a specified duration of six months.
According to the regulatory filing, the financial impact of this agreement is expected to be reflected in the company's financial results starting from the fourth quarter (Q4) of the fiscal year (FY) 2026/2027 and continuing through Q1-27/28.
The award and signing of the contract both took place on 20 September 2026. East Pipes Integrated confirmed that there are no related parties involved in this transaction.
This latest deal underscores the company's ongoing role as a key supplier of infrastructure components for the Kingdom's energy sector.
On 15 September, both sides penned an agreement valued at SAR 20 million for the manufacture and supply of steel pipes.
