East Pipes Integrated records 36% growth in quarterly profits

Riyadh – Mubasher: East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry generated a net profit of SAR 122.92 million for the first quarter (Q1) of fiscal year (FY) 2026/2027, an annual rise of 36.17% from SAR 90.27 million.

Earnings per share (EPS) climbed to SAR 3.90 from SAR 2.87, while the revenues jumped by 35.17% to SAR 520.67 million from SAR 385.19 million.

Management attributed the growth to an increase in sales volumes and a higher average selling price per ton. Operating profit also improved, rising by 32.47% to SAR 138.54 million.

On a quarterly basis, net profit declined by 25.36% from SAR 164.69 million in the previous quarter, while revenue fell by 25.72% from SAR 700.94 million.

The company noted that these sequential decreases were primarily due to variations in sales volumes aligned with scheduled delivery plans. It maintained a debt-free balance sheet as of 30 June 2026, with cash and cash equivalents reaching a record SAR 798 million.

Total shareholders' equity stood at SAR 1.56 billion, representing a 27.59% increase year-on-year.
