Riyadh – Mubasher: East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry signed a contract with Saudi Aramco for the manufacture and supply of steel pipes.
The agreement, signed on 22 September, is valued at more than SAR 46 million, inclusive of value-added tax.
The contract carries a duration of five months. According to the regulatory filing, the financial impact of this agreement is expected to be reflected in the company's financial results during the fourth quarter (Q4) of the fiscal year (FY) 2026/2027.
The company confirmed that there are no related parties involved in the transaction.
East Pipes Integrated Industries specializes in the production of spiral steel pipes, serving major infrastructure and energy projects across the Kingdom.
The two companies recently penned a SAR 771 million agreement, including value-added tax.
