ENOC plans to open 40 new services stations in 2021

UAE - Mubasher: Emirates National Oil Company Group (ENOC) is planning to inaugurate 40 new service stations by the end of 2021 to raise its retail network to 192 stations.

The group will open 16 service stations in Dubai, Sharjah, and the Northern Emirates by the end of 2020 and additional 24 service stations by the end of 2021, according to a press release on Wednesday.

This expansion is in line with the group's commitment to establishing a strong fuel retail infrastructure and meet the growing demands on fuel across the UAE.

Following the global best practices in retail fuel services in construction and automation standards, the new stations will include dispensers with retractable hoses to refuel cars on both sides and a fuel system that ensures maximum safe flow rate.

Moreover, the group seeks to set up two marine stations at Dubai Harbour and Umm Suqeim, which will be operated in the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2020 to meet the marine fueling needs of boat and yacht owners.

The CEO of ENOC Group, Saif Humaid Al Falasi, commented: "Our promise is to ensure that customers have access to an uninterrupted supply of fuel as well access to best-in-class automotive and retail services."
