Cairo - Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) ended the week in a decline, with the market capital losing EGP 27.7 billion.
The main index EGX30 fell 3.94% over the week and closed Thursday’s trading session at the level of 15,295.97 points.
Small and medium-sized enterprise index EGX70 dropped 1.82% to 740.28 points, while the broader index EGX100 lost 2.77% and reached 1,899.55 points.
Meanwhile, the equal-weighted index EGX50 went down by 4.55% to 2,523.08 points.
The market capital ended the week at EGP 858.02 billion, losing EGP 27.68 billion.
