Cairo – Mubasher: The indices of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) showed a positive performance on Sunday, with the EGX30 main index rising by 1.03% to close at 28,623.39 points.
The small- and mid-cap EGX70 EWI also closed higher by 1.72% at 6,616.02 points.
Similarly, the EGX100 EWI increased by 1.62% to 9,407.65 points.
The turnover reached EGP 2.93 billion after 875.29 million shares were traded.
Meanwhile, the market cap value totalled EGP 1.93 trillion at the end of the session.
As for trading on securities, the Egyptian and foreign traders were the net sellers with EGP 27.76 million and EGP 70.79 million, respectively.
On the other hand, the Arab investors were the net buyers with EGP 98.55 million.
