Cairo - Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) has issued decision no. 617 of 2021, granting small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) a week ending on 31 August to contract with a registered sponsor.
SMEs listed on the EGX are required to hire a registered sponsor for at least eight months according to the decision no. 515 of 2021, the EGX said in a statement on Sunday.
The original deadline for contracting with sponsors was on Tuesday, 24 August.
