Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) ended Thursday’s trading session in the green zone.
The benchmark index EGX30 increased by 0.48% to 9,912.98 points, while the equal-weighted index (EWI) EGX70 gained 3.15% and settled at 959.42 points.
The broader index EGX100 went up by 1.4% and closed at 1,036.16 points, while EWI EGX50 ascended by 1.97% to 1,339.16 points.
The trading volumes amounted to 234.29 million shares with a turnover of EGP 673.84 million.
Sabaa International led the rising stocks and surged by 9.95%, followed by Medical Packaging company with 9.94%,
On the other hand, Sues Canal Company For Technology Settling was the biggest loser and dropped by 9.87%.
