Cairo - Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange's (EGX) listing committee approved the listing of the capital raise shares of Emerald Real Estate Investment.
The company's issued and paid-up capital will be increased to EGP 275 million from EGP 250 million through issuing 25 million shares at a nominal value of EGP 1 apiece, the EGX said in a statement on Wednesday.
The record date of the 0.1-for-one bonus issue is on Wednesday, 23 June. The capital raise shares will be listed as of the beginning of the trading session on Thursday, 24 June.
During the first quarter (Q1) of 2021, the company recorded net profits of EGP 7.02 million, up from EGP 4.17 million in Q1-20.
The revenues grew to EGP 14.23 million in the January-March period from EGP 13.87 million in the corresponding period a year earlier.
