Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) announced that Tuesday, 20 November will be an official holiday on the occasion of Prophet Muhammed’s birthday.
Work will be resumed on Wednesday, 21 November, the Egyptian stock market said in a statement.
The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) stated last week that all national and private banks operating in Egypt will be closed on Tuesday, 20 November to mark the Prophet’s birthday.
