The board of Bahrain Duty Free Shop Complex Co. recommended cash dividend at 50% of capital, or 50 fils per share, as well as 10% bonus share distribution.
The Bahrain-listed firm posted a 32.7% jump in 2014 net earnings to BHD 8.55 million ($22.54 million), compared with BHD 6.4 million ($16.99 million) in 2013.
The company operates with BHD 10.7 million capital, divided into 107 million shares at BHD 0.1 par value each.
