Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai Land Department (DLD) said that the number of under-construction real estate projects in the emirate reached 456 now.
These projects are set to be completed in accordance with demand levels in order to expand in the other economic sectors, Al-Ittihad reported.
The number of authorised property developers by the DLD stood at 844 at the end of July, the department indicated.
