Dubai's Azizi Mina project progressing on schedule

Construction on Azizi Developments’ Azizi Mina project is progressing on schedule with work on the inside of the building well underway.

Works in progress include mechanical and electrical works, and tiling with painting across all units currently ongoing, the developer said in a statement on Wednesday.

The $212m (AED780m) project is set to be delivered by the end of 2018.

Mirwais Azizi, chairman of Azizi Group, said: “Palm Jumeirah is one of the most iconic locations in the world. The market is witnessing a high demand for projects on Palm Jumeirah and Azizi Mina was conceptualised to address this need.

Located on the Palm Jumeirah, Azizi Mina will cover a total area of 42,000m2 and a total of six retail units spanning 1,532m2.

The project Includes 120 one-bedroom, 54 two-bedroom, and four penthouse residences.
