Dubai – Mubasher: Lebanon island in Dubai’s The World Islands development is offered for sale for AED 80 million ($22 million).
Named as Daycation Spot, the island comprises a private beach club, restaurant, dance floor, licensed, and a swimming pool.
The transactions will be conducted by Allsopp & Allsopp real estate agency, according to Arabian Business.
“We are experiencing a wide range of interest from people looking to take over the running of the existing beach club,” Allsopp & Allsopp’s CEO Lewis Allsopp said, quoted by the Emirati newspaper.
