Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai Investments prepares for offering new investment opportunities worth nearly AED 10 billion to AED 12 billion at Dubai Investment Park, said Al khaleej newspaper.
“The company has reached an agreement with the governmental bodies to get new land plot at the park,” said Khalid Bin Kalban, Managing Director.
Earlier, Kalban expected Dubai Investments’ profits to reach AED 1.6 billion in 2018 and 2019.
Dubai Investments reported an increase of 28.2% to AED 340.24 million in net profits for the third quarter of 2016.
