Dubai Chamber attracts 9 multinational companies with AED 304bn market value

UAE – Mubasher: Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, operating under Dubai Chambers, attracted nine multinational companies (MNCs) with a market value exceeding AED 304 billion ($82.84 billion) in 2023.

This aligns with the emirate’s growing strategy to anchor its position as a leading investment hub for innovative technology companies, according to a press release.

It also reflects the chamber’s commitment to strengthening Dubai’s digital economy in line with the goals of the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33).

The nine companies’ activities span various fields including, cybersecurity, mobility technology, health and fitness technologies, robotics, autonomous systems, and e-commerce, among others.

Omar Sultan Al Olama, Chairman of Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, highlighted that attracting these types of multinational firms boosts Dubai’s accomplishments, as the emirate continues to develop a comprehensive business ecosystem and enhance growth.

Al Olama added that this milestone contributes to bolstering the emirate’s leadership as a global capital of the digital economy.

In October 2023, Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy launched the Business in Dubai platform to enable digital companies to launch or expand their business in the emirate.
