Cairo – Mubasher: Arabian Food Industries Company (Domty) said that the total cost of the establishment of two bakery production lines is estimated at EGP 110 million.
The value of the machines used in baking amounts to EUR 2.5 million under a deal with the US firm AMF, while the remaining equipment will be provided by other suppliers, which will bring the total value of the two production lines to EGP 110 million, Domty said in a bourse disclosure on Sunday.
The company is currently considering the purchase of sterilisation equipment and tanks required to boost its production at Tetrapak at an estimated cost ranging between EGP 30 million and EGP 35 million, including construction.
In the third quarter (Q3) of 2021, Domty logged net profits of EGP 51 million, up from EGP 41.3 million in Q3-20.
