Dice’s shareholder trims stake for EGP 34m

Cairo – Mubasher: Dice Sport and Casual Wear announced that its shareholder Nagy Samir Toma Thomas reduced his stake to 21% from 22.93%.

The shareholder sold 10.2 million shares for EGP 34.27 million, averaging EGP 3.37 per share, according to a bourse disclosure on Tuesday.

Commercial International Brokerage Co. (CIBC) acted as a broker in the transaction.

During the first nine months of 2020, Dice reported net losses of EGP 56.56 million, against net profits of EGP 125.29 million in the same period in 2019, including minority shareholders’ rights.
