Dubai-Mubasher: Dubai-based Deyaar Development signed a deal with Millennium and Copthorne Hotels to operate hospitality developments, according to a bourse filing.
Under the deal, the global hotel group will manage three projects in Dubai, with a total of 953 units.
Deyaar's three developments are a hotel and serviced apartments development in Al Barsha, the Atria residential project in Business Bay and premium serviced apartments of Montrose in Dubai Science Park.
The projects are scheduled for completion during the period from late 2017 to early 2018.
