Riyadh – Mubasher: Development Works Food Company has opened the nomination process for one vacant seat on its board of directors, according to a bourse filing.
The successful candidate will complete the current board term, which commenced on 30 October 2024 and is scheduled to conclude on 29 October 2027.
The company stated that the nomination period will begin on 9 July and remain open until 8 August. Interested candidates must submit their applications to the Remuneration and Nominations Committee via email or at the company’s headquarters in Riyadh during official working hours.
According to the disclosure, the nomination process will adhere to the Companies Law and the Corporate Governance Regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
Candidates are required to submit a signed notification of interest, a detailed curriculum vitae, and completed regulatory forms.
The final selection will be determined through a vote at a future general assembly meeting, the date of which will be announced following necessary regulatory approvals.
Applicants must ensure they meet professional competence and independence standards as defined by the company's approved policies.
At the end of June, the company’s shareholders reviewed the company’s performance for 2025, approved the discharge of board members from liability, and authorized the appointment of a new external auditor for the upcoming fiscal periods.
