Dubai — Mubasher: Emaar Properties is on the verge of completing the development of the final phase of Address Dubai Mall in Downtown Dubai, Architecture and design firm SSH said.
The hotel was reopened in the fourth quarter of 2018 with the phase one launch of the renewed design, Arabian Business reported, citing SSH.
Address Dubai Mall is part of Address Hotels + Resorts, the premium luxury hotel and serviced residences brand by Emaar Hospitality, the hospitality and leisure arm of Emaar Properties.
The Middle East’s leading master-planning, infrastructure, building design company said its interior design division is responsible for revamping the hotel's public areas, guestrooms and suites.
The firm’s scope of services includes arrival lobby, reception lobby and lobby lounge, ballroom, pre-function and meeting rooms, business centre and meeting rooms as well as 243 keys and club lounge, SSH added.
Commenting on the development’s refurbishment, Michael Byron, resident director – UAE, at SSH, said, “We're thrilled that Emaar trusted us with the challenge of delivering an innovative and contemporary design within the tight constraints of the project programme.”
