Derayah Financial announces update to REIT fund’s terms

Riyadh — Mubasher: Derayah Financial, the manager of Derayah REIT Fund, announced an update to the fund’s terms and conditions to reflect changes in service providers and administrative costs.

The fund, which has a total size of SAR 1.17 billion, revised its annual auditor fees to SAR 60,000.

The updates have come to effect on 30 July 2026, including revisions to the list of real estate evaluators and property managers.

The disclosure also updated the list of other investment funds overseen by the fund’s board members.

Derayah REIT Fund operates with a total capital of SAR 1.08 billion, represented by 107.50 million units.

The fund manager receives an annual management fee of 0.85% of the net asset value.

According to the updated terms, the fund continues its policy of distributing at least 90% of its net profits to unitholders on a quarterly basis.

Investment in real estate assets outside Saudi Arabia remains capped at 25% of the total asset value, while total debt is limited to 50% of total assets.

Meanwhile, current credit facilities for the fund are reported at SAR 96.93 million.

It is worth noting that the unitholders of Derayah REIT Fund will obtain SAR 10.75 million in dividend for A three-month period.
