Derayah Financial announces SAR 81m cash dividends for Q2-26

Riyadh – Mubasher: Derayah Financial Company’s board of directors has approved a total cash dividend distribution of SAR 80.71 million for the second quarter (Q2) of 2026.

The payout is based on a total of 244.56 million outstanding shares, according to a bourse disclosure.

Shareholders will receive a dividend of SAR 0.33 per share, which represents 16.50% of the nominal share value. The board of directors reached the decision on 3 August 2026.

Eligibility for the distribution is set for shareholders owning shares at the close of trading on 11 August 2026, and who are registered with the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) by the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.

Derayah Financial confirmed that the actual payment of dividends is scheduled to commence on 20 August.

The company noted that cash distributions to non-resident foreign investors will be subject to a 5% withholding tax in accordance with Article 68 of the Income Tax Law and Article 63 of its Executive Regulations. Payments will be processed through Edaa.

As of 30 June 2026, the Tadawul-listed firm achieved net profit amounting to SAR 100.75 million, down 6.03% when compared to Q2-25.
